On occasions we find a duplicate profile in the system for the same agent or agency. This may be an agent had moved offices or location and the system has picked this up and created a secondary profile.

If you notice that you have two agent or office profiles in the system, don't worry! We can merge those profiles together and you won't lose any of your reviews or properties on the profiles.

If you find a duplicate of your agent or office profile, please let us know by using the messenger function in the bottom corner of your screen.
