Please provide:
URL link to your agent profile
Current email address you wish to set as your login. You will need access to this email inbox to set a new password.
If you are able to access your account, you can use the self-service options provided in your profile settings.
Step 1:
Log in to your RateMyAgent profile and click Settings on the left-hand side of the dashboard, and click Login Details.
Step 2:
Select Change Email Address - this step changes the email address that you will use to log in to your account moving forward
