Managing Subscriptions and Invoices

Updated over a week ago

Subscriptions are managed via your dashboard. Billing and Subscriptions in your dashboard allows both agents or agencies to upgrade downgrade or cancel their subscription or free trial. You can also change credit card details and print invoices.

Log into your dashboard, then select Billing and Subscriptions in the main menu on the left.

Visit this page directly at:

*You must be logged in to access your Billing & Subscription

How to Upgrade, Downgrade or Cancel your subscription:

You can change the level of your subscription by scrolling to Manage Subscriptions and selecting Change Subscription.

From here you can select to cancel, downgrade or upgrade your subscription.

Activating or Upgrading to a Pro Account

If your account is linked to an office (e.g., through an invite or subscription):

  1. Office Subscription Management: The office admin must add you to their Pro subscription plan using your registered email address. Pro benefits only apply once this connection is successfully established. For instance, members of @realty can gain Pro access once their office admin adds them to the subscription plan.

  2. Trial Periods and Renewal Options: If you are on a trial account, Pro features will only be available during the trial. Once the trial ends, Pro features can only continue if you or the office admin upgrades to a Pro subscription plan.

Free trials (where applicable) can be cancelled within this page. Once you cancel your trial, it will still run until the end of the 14 days and you will be reverted to our free version. Once the trial has concluded, Pro features can only continue through a Pro subscription plan upgraded by you or your office admin.

Key Notes on Pro Features

  • Pro subscription allows additional tools and functionality beyond basic features.

  • Some features, such as direct integration with Google, may not be available unless you’re actively subscribed as a Pro user.

Invoices: To view an invoice, click Billing and you will see a list of your Invoice History. Simply click View next to any invoice to view and download.
