Everything you need to know about the RateMyAgent x Realtor.com integration

Updated over a week ago

A relationship built to grow your business.

RateMyAgent and Realtor.com have come together to make your happy client reviews visible across both platforms. All RMA-requested reviews you receive from RateMyAgent can now be shared with Realtor.com.

We automatically share your reviews with Realtor.com if you have provided us with your NAR Member ID- this will be an eight or nine-digit number (NRDS ID).

How do I get my reviews to appear on Realtor?

To add your NAR ID to your RateMyAgent profile, log into your RateMyAgent dashboard > Edit Profile or My Profile> Scroll down to Your NAR Member ID:

What if I can't find my NAR Member ID?

If you cannot find your NAR Member ID, you can use this tool from the National Association of REALTORS®. You may also find this information on Realtor.com - Where can I find my NAR ID?

Will my new reviews be updated immediately?

If you are on our Agent Digital Pro subscription your RateMyAgent reviews will appear on Realtor.com after 48 hours from when you received the review.

If you are on our Free or Lite subscription your reviews will appear on a 6-month delay. For example, if you receive a review on 03/09/2023 it will not appear until 09/08/2023

My NAR Member ID is in RateMyAgent but my Reviews aren't on Realtor.com.

To connect your data to Realtor.com, we use the NAR Member ID to match your agent profile on their platform. If your NAR Member ID isn't the same or isn't shown in your Realtor.com account we won't be able to complete the connection. We recommend reaching out to their support team to update this.

I imported my reviews from Zillow, Google, etc. using the import tool, why aren't they appearing on Realtor.com?

Unfortunately, any reviews imported from a third-party site will not be shared on Realtor.com. Only reviews that you have requested directly from RateMyAgent or manually uploaded (these reviews must be verified) can be shared under this partnership agreement.

How do I make sure all of my reviews go across to Realtor.com?

To ensure your reviews are being syndicated to Realtor.com you need to collect a review from your client on RateMyAgent first. You can do this by manually requesting a review, using our Easy Reviews feature, or uploading an existing review and having it verified by your client.

How do I contact Realtor.com Support?

Through their support website: Realtor.com Support

By phone: (800) 243-5623

Also, please ensure that your preferences within your Realtor dashboard are set to publicly display your Ratings & Reviews. Here are the steps you can follow to set this up on your Realtor.com profile.: Realtor- Adding RateMyAgent Reviews to Your Profile.
