Changing which agents are attached to a listing

To change the agents attached to a listing, you will need to be logged into an office profile. Follow the steps below to edit the agents on your listings.

Agent sales rankings on RMA are based on an agent's activity as a Listing Agent only. For that reason, it is important to ensure that Lead and Supporting Agent classifications are correct for each property listing.

Note: These changes can be done to active listings only.

Step 1: Log into your agency profile and go to the Properties tab.

Step 2: Click the 3-dot then Change Agents.

Step 3: You can change the Listing agent, or you can add a co-listing agent to the transaction and then Update Agents once the changes are done.

Sometimes Support requires evidence before we can change listed agents, we appreciate your cooperation.


Adding an additional agent to a property

Add another agent to a listing to collect a review. An additional agent can be added to a property by an office administrator. This is applicable for RMA Australia and New Zealand that has a connected DataFeed.

Step 1: he property must be SOLD, either updated by your agency's CRM or by confirming the sale in the Dashboard.

Step 2: Find the Property, select More options (3 dots), then Change Agents. Here you can change the agents, including adding an additional agent.

If you wish to add any more agents, or you wish to request a buyer review on a property sold by a different office you will need to request this with Support (chat to us using the messenger feature in the bottom corner of your screen).

In the instance where an agent is no longer working at the agency

Since RateMyAgent is designed to give consumers information and reviews for agents, RateMyAgent agent profiles will reflect their full career's worth of history of sales and reviews. They will keep the one profile and update it for their next agency.

It's for this reason we will not remove listings from agent profiles, swap them for other agents, or stop them from being able to collect reviews on past sales they worked on as well.
