How to get a tech subscription

  1. Choose your device and subscription term

  2. Add optional insurance

  3. Choose to trade in an old device

  4. Fill in your details and complete a soft credit check


What we check

We run a soft credit check on the applicant and the business. This won’t affect the director's personal credit score and helps us check if the subscription is right for your business. Only if we say “Yes” and approve your application will a full credit search be undertaken.

To subscribe, you’ll need:

  • To be the company director

  • To be 18 or over

  • A UK home address

  • A UK bank account for Direct Debit

FAQs

What businesses can apply?

Sole traders, partnerships, limited liability partnerships (LLPs), and limited companies can apply. Limited companies and LLPs need 6 months of trading.

What if I already have a personal subscription with Raylo?

If you already have a personal subscription, log in to your account and choose Add a business account.

Do you provide a VAT invoice?

Yes, we’ll provide a consolidated VAT invoice for your records.

Is a personal guarantee required?

A personal guarantee may be required. We’ll let you know if it’s needed.

Can I cancel after I order?

Yes, you can return a device within 14 days of shipping, if you change your mind. Find out more here.

Can I order more than one device?

Yes, you can order up to 10 devices in one checkout. Need more? Just get in touch with our team here.

Can I install my own Mobile Device Management?

Yes, the devices come without any MDM software, so you’re free to install your own solution.

Is it SIM-free?

All mobile devices are SIM-free, so you can use any SIM card of your choice.

Do you pre-install software?

Our devices come with the manufacturer’s software only, and no additional software is pre-installed. You’re free to install the applications you need.

Will Raylo have access to my data?

No, Raylo does not have access to any of your personal or business data stored on the device. You are responsible for securely wiping any data before returning it.
