When you subscribe, Raylo’s Lifetime Warranty is included for the full length of your subscription - at no extra cost.
If any of your Raylo tech develops a technical fault, we’ll repair or replace it. Simple as that.
What’s covered by Raylo’s Lifetime Warranty
If your tech stops working as it should, we’ll put it right. That includes:
The device not turning on
Battery or charging faults
Unresponsive screens (not caused by drops or cracks)
Issues with buttons, speakers or microphones
All we ask is that the device has been looked after, and returned unlocked and erased.
Need broader protection? Add optional insurance when you sign up - it covers accidental damage, loss and theft.
