How do I order a product on Razed.io?
Once you’re ready to receive an item from your inventory, simply go to your Inventory and select the item you want. Click the Order button and follow the prompts to enter your shipping details and confirm delivery.
Make sure all information is correct before confirming, as missing or incorrect details (such as size, email for digital items, or variation preferences) may result in automatic cancellation.
How do I track my order?
Once your order status changes to “Ordered”, a tracking link will appear in your Orders section. This link allows you to follow your package in real time until it arrives.
Processing typically takes around 3 business days, but in some cases (such as high-demand or rare items), it may take longer.
How long does shipping take?
Delivery usually takes between 2–14 days depending on the item and destination. Some luxury or high-demand products may take up to 30 days due to sourcing or authentication.
