If ReachyReach cannot find the company, the token is returned. Add a clearer company name, LinkedIn URL, or domain, then Enrich again.
Why the token came back
Company Enrich reserves one token, then keeps it only when that workspace unlocks the firm. A miss refunds it.
Open the company.
Read the message. A miss says "We could not find this company on LinkedIn. The token was returned."
If Enrich was off, the company needs identity: "Add a company name, LinkedIn URL, or domain first."
If the company was already unlocked and LinkedIn had nothing more, you will see "LinkedIn did not return more company details. Your token was not charged."
Edit the name, paste a LinkedIn company URL, or add a domain, then Enrich again.
Contact Enrich is not involved. A job-title Enrich does not spend or refund a company enrich token.
Try a better identity
Use the company's LinkedIn URL when the name is generic. A domain such as acme.com is better than a product nickname. Wait for the first Enrich to settle before you click again.
If the balance is 0 after several misses, the tokens were returned. Open Billing and confirm the count. If it is truly 0, see Out of company enrich tokens.
