Importing your clients into ReadyHubb simplifies your client management process, ensuring smooth communication and effortless access to essential information. Here's a thorough guide on how to import your clients:
Via Profile:
Access Profile: Log in to your ReadyHubb account and navigate to the Profile section.
Navigate to My Clients: Within the Profile section, locate and click on "My Clients."
Initiate Import: Click on the "Add" button positioned at the bottom left corner of the screen.
Select Import Method - Import from Contacts: Ensure you've allowed ReadyHubb access to your contacts in your device settings. Select the contacts you wish to import and proceed by clicking "Import." You can optionally send a text invite to your clients, using the provided message template: "Hi from <Name of Business>! Book appointments with me on The ReadyHubb App. Here's my profile: <Link>."
Add Manually: Enter client details manually, ensuring to fill in all necessary information. Don't forget to check the "Invite Client" option if you want to send an invitation to your client. You can also use the same message template for manual additions.
Via Reports:
Navigate to Reports: From the main menu, select "Reports."
Choose Client Section: Within Reports, select "Client" or "All Clients."
Initiate Import: Similar to the Profile section, click on the "Add" button at the bottom left.
