As a business owner, you're in control of who gets to schedule appointments with you. That's where Readyhubb steps in – with your Readyhubb booking site you can choose to blacklist clients from booking online. Once you hit that ban button, they're out of the booking loop for good until you change your mind.
Here's how to ban a client from online booking on the Readyhubb app:
Open the Readyhubb app and tap into the My Clients section
Select the client you want to ban and tap on their profile
Tap the Edit button which is displayed as 3 dots on the top right corner
Select the Block client button
After blocking a client, they will no longer be able to view your Readyhubb booking page or complete an online booking using the same name, email, and phone number. However, you can still book appointments for banned clients internally from the app.
How to Unblock a Client
If you ever need to unblock a client, you can do so easily from their client profile. Here's how:
Open the Readyhubb app and tap into the Clients section
Select the client you want to unblock and tap on their profile
Tap the Unblock button
