Our platform offers a convenient button that allows you to generate tokens for one-time use, which enables our support team to access your account and assist you promptly with any queries or issues you may have – giving you the assurance and confidence you need.

Ensuring Control and Privacy

We value your privacy and understand the significance of having complete control over your account. Generating a token grants us temporary access to provide the necessary support and guidance that you may require. Rest assured that any access granted is strictly limited to the timeframe associated with the generated token, and once this token expires, our access to your account is automatically revoked – making sure that your complete privacy and control are maintained.

How to Generate a Token

In order to generate a token, you will need to follow the steps below:

1. Log in to your account on our platform.

2. Navigate to the dashboard.

3. Look for the Generate Token button.

4. Click on the button to initiate the token generation process.

5. Once the token is generated, a unique code will be provided to you.

6. Share this code with our support team to grant temporary access to your account.

7. Remember to inform us promptly if you require support, as the token has an expiration time.
