By integrating Vault with Engage, you can easily pull campaigns from Vault and import property details and vendor contact information, eliminating the need for manual data entry. Let's get started!

  1. Begin by logging into your Vault CRM account. This is where you will initiate the integration setup process.

  2. Within your Vault account, find the Office Integrations button. Click on it to proceed.

  3. Look for the Third-Party Access option and select it. This is where you can manage integrations with external platforms.

  4. In the Third-Party Access section, locate the Add Token button and click on it. You will be prompted to select the platform for integration.

  5. From the list of available platforms, choose Realhub. This is the integration you need to set up to connect Vault with Engage.

  6. Vault will provide you with a Real Hub token specifically for your account. Make sure to note down or copy this token, as you will need it to complete the integration setup in Engage.

  7. Now, switch to your Engage account to complete the integration setup. Start from your Engage dashboard and navigate to Account Admin.

  8. In the Account Admin section, locate the Integrations option. Click on it to proceed.

  9. Within the Integrations section, find the green Create button located at the top right-hand corner. Click on it to set up a new integration.

  10. In the integration setup menu, search for the platform you want to integrate, which is Vault in this case. Click on the Vault option to proceed.

  11. In the integration setup form, enter the Real Hub token provided by Vault into the designated field. This token establishes the connection between Engage and Vault.

  12. Once you have entered the Vault token, click on the appropriate button to save the integration settings.

After completing these steps, your Vault CRM integration will be successfully set up in Engage. You will now be able to pull campaigns directly from Vault, with property details and vendor contact information automatically imported into Engage.
