By incorporating this feature, you can have your marketing quote readily available when you secure a listing in Realhub. This streamlines the process of ordering items for your marketing campaign. Let's dive into the system and learn how to accomplish this.
Accessing the Quotes Section
Start by opening your proposal in Engage.
Scroll down to locate the Quotes button.
Managing Realhub Quotes
Click on Manage Quotes.
If you have correctly set up the Realhub integration, you will see the Manage Realhub Quotes button. If it's not visible, please contact our support team for assistance.
Saving Campaign Dates and Creating Quotes
Save your campaign dates.
Upon saving, a green Create Quote button will appear.
Click the button, and you will be prompted to choose a template. It's advisable to have templates pre-set for quicker and easier quote creation. However, you can also start from an empty quote if desired.
Customizing the Quote
Select the appropriate template or start from an empty quote.
Tick or untick the items or add new custom items or bespoke order items as required.
Once satisfied, click Save and Go Back.
Managing Realhub Quotes
Return to the proposal editing screen and click Quotes again.
You will now see the saved quote available for use.
To make further edits, click Manage Realhub Quotes to revisit the quote screen.
Modifying the Quote Title
To customise the quote title to match the property, click the settings icon.
Edit the quote details and change the name, such as using the property address.
Save the changes.
Importing the Quote
Save your edits and return to the proposal editing screen.
Click Quotes once more.
Select Import to import the quote from Realhub.
The quotes button will display a green tick, indicating a successful import.
The marketing quote will now be visible in your proposal for vendors to see.
