If you’d like to use the Engage quote feature, follow this quick guide to turn it on. This will allow you to manage quotes directly within Engage. Please note that only users with admin access can make these changes.
How to Enable Engage Quotes
From your Engage page, click Account Admin in the left-hand menu.
Select Integrations from the list on the left side.
Under the Tools section on the right, click Bulk Update Integration.
In the Integration Platform dropdown, choose either Realhub or Campaigntrack.
Untick the Quoting option under Support Features.
Ensure that all users are selected so the Engage quote feature applies to everyone.
Click Save to apply the changes.
Reminder: By enabling Engage quotes, your integration with Realhub or Campaigntrack will be removed. Any existing quotes from those platforms will no longer be editable. If you need to remove the Download Quote button from the Marketing Quote section, please reach out to support, as this button does not work with Engage quotes.
