In this guide, we will explain how you can import your existing testimonials or reviews from Realhub into the new Engage platform. By doing this, you can easily transfer your reviews without the need for manual entry or duplication. Let's jump into the system and get started.
Log in to your Engage platform account and navigate to the Account Admin section. You can typically find this in the settings or account management area.
Within the Account Admin section, look for the Reviews tab. Click on it to open the Reviews page. Here, you will see an Import Reviews button on the right-hand side of the screen.
Click on the Import Reviews button. It will prompt you to select the source from where you want to import the reviews. In this case, choose Realhub as the source platform.
After selecting Realhub, you will be presented with a list of available reviews. You can review the list and choose the reviews you want to import by ticking the relevant checkboxes next to each review.
Once you have selected the reviews you want to import, click the Import Reviews button. The Engage platform will initiate the import process and bring in your chosen reviews from Realhub.
After the import process is complete, the reviews will be transferred to the Engage platform. You can now utilise them within any proposal you create. These imported reviews will be available for display and inclusion in your proposals, saving you the effort of re-entering them manually.
