How to set up user profiles

In Engage, you have the ability to set up individual agent profiles. This can be done by an admin user for any agent, or an agent user can set up their own profile. Setting up an agent's profile is highly beneficial as the information entered in the profile will automatically populate onto all the proposals they create, saving them valuable time.

To get started, follow these steps:

  1. If you are an admin user, click on the Account Admin option. If you are an agent user, your profile will appear automatically when you click on Account Admin.

  2. Locate the agent for whom you want to set up the profile.

  3. In the agent's profile, you can edit their base details. It is recommended to include a job title to provide clarity.

  4. On the right-hand side, you can upload profile images for the agent. These images will automatically appear on their proposals.

  5. Specify the agent's default commission fee and commission structure. Remember that the default commission fee can still be changed for individual proposals.

  6. Enter the agent's social media links, which will be displayed on their digital proposal profile.

  7. Add a default cover letter and bio for the agent. These will be included in their proposals unless modified.

  8. At the bottom of the profile, you can configure how the agent receives notifications. You have the option to enable or disable email notifications.

  9. Once you have finished editing the profile, click Save to save all the details entered.

Please view our video below to learn how to do this.
