Agent Box integration allows you to seamlessly pull campaigns from your Agent Box account into Engage, including property details and vendor contact information. This eliminates the need to enter the same information twice. Let's get started!

  1. From the Engage dashboard, navigate to Account Admin. Here, you will find the settings and configurations for your Engage account.

  2. Within Account Admin, look for the Integrations button. Click on it to proceed.

  3. In the Integrations section, you will see a list of available integrations. If you don't see Agent Box listed, you will need to set it up. Click on the green Create button in the top right-hand corner.

  4. In the list of available integrations, locate Agent Box and click on it to proceed with the setup.

  5. Agent Box requires an API key and a client ID to establish the connection between Agent Box and Engage. If you already have your API key and client ID, enter them in the respective fields. If you don't have this information, please reach out to our support team for assistance. They will be able to help you retrieve the API key and client ID from Agent Box.

  6. Once you have obtained the API key and client ID from Agent Box, enter them into the provided fields in Engage. When you have entered the required information, click on the appropriate button to save the integration settings.

Once the integration with Agent Box is set up in Engage, you will be able to pull campaigns from your Agent Box account directly into Engage. This includes the associated property details and vendor contact information, saving you valuable time and effort.
