In this guide, we will walk you through the process of setting up your Engage password if you have never logged in before. Follow these steps to get started:
To begin, open your preferred web browser and go to the Engage login page. The URL is engage.realbase.io. This will take you to the login page.
On the login page, click on the Don't remember your password? option. This will initiate the password reset process.
In the password reset form, enter your username. Your username would have been provided to you by your Engage representative. It might be your email address or a different identifier. Make sure to input the correct information.
After entering your username, click on the Reset Password button. This will trigger an email to be sent to you with instructions on how to proceed.
Open your email inbox and look for an email from Engage. This email will contain instructions and a link to set up your password.
Follow the instructions provided in the email to set up your new password. Click on the link provided, which will redirect you to a page where you can create a new password. Choose a strong password and confirm it.
Once you have successfully set your password, go back to the Engage login page. Enter your username and the new password you just created. Click Sign In to log in to your Engage account.
