By integrating REINZ or Property Smarts with Engage, you can easily pull comparables from their database. Let's get started!
Start by logging into your Engage account and navigate to your dashboard.
From the dashboard, locate the Account Admin option. Click on it to proceed.
In the Account Admin section, find the Integrations button and click on it. This will take you to the integration setup page.
On the integration setup page, look for the green Create button located at the top right-hand corner. Click on it to set up a new integration.
In the integration setup menu, search for the platform you want to integrate with, which is either REINZ or Property Smarts. Click on the appropriate option to proceed.
Please note that the REINZ or Property Smarts integration requires each user to set up their own integration. Choose the user for whom you want to set up the integration.
After selecting the user, click on the Authorise Integration button. This will redirect you to the REINZ or Property Smarts login page.
Enter your REINZ or Property Smarts login credentials on the login page. Once you have successfully logged in, the integration setup will be complete.
Congratulations! You have now set up your integration with your REINZ or Property Smarts account in Engage. You will be able to pull comparables directly from their database, making it easier to access property information for your proposals.
