If you're an admin or an agent working under multiple agencies, you may need to switch between them within your account. This article will guide you on how to navigate between different agencies and access their details and projects.
Log in to your account and look for the Account Admin section.
Within the Account Admin section, you will see arrows. These arrows allow you to swap between the different agencies you are associated with. Click the arrows to switch to the desired agency.
Once you have selected a specific agency, you will have access to the agency.
Viewing Projects from Multiple Agencies:
When you navigate back to your dashboard, you will see projects from all the agencies you are a part of. If you wish to refine the displayed projects to a specific agency, follow these steps:
Go to the Projects section.
Locate the Filter by Agency drop-down menu.
Select the desired agency from the drop-down menu.
Click Apply to view only the projects relevant to that agency.
