Keeping your agency details up to date is essential for ensuring accuracy across your proposals and other digital pages. Here’s how you can manage and update these details:
Access the Account Admin Panel
Navigate to Account Admin in your Engage dashboard.
Select Agency Details from the menu options.
Manage Agency Details
From the Agency page, you can update the following information:
Office Address: Ensure your address is correct for location-based correspondence.
Phone and Email: Update these details to ensure clients can easily reach you.
External Links: Links such as your website or social media profiles.
Custom Fields: Tailor additional fields specific to your agency needs.
Save Changes
After updating your details, don’t forget to save your changes to ensure they reflect across the platform.
Certain agency details, such as your address, phone number, and email, automatically populate in your proposals.
Important: Only users with admin access can edit the agency details page. If you do not have admin privileges, please contact your system administrator for assistance.
