Real Time Agent’s digital authorities tool allows agents to generate digital agreements and authorities quickly, reducing manual data entry and simplifying compliance processes.
Realhub integrates with RTA for authorities, allowing vendor quotes to update seamlessly between the two platforms.
To enable the integration between Real Time Agent and Realhub, you’ll first need to setup API Keys for your users. Please see Creating & Managing API Keys for more information.
Once you have created the API Keys, each of your users can add these when they are logged in to Real Time Agent.
Office Administrators are unable to upload API Keys to RTA on behalf of other users. If you require a bulk upload of API Keys to RTA, please contact support@realtimeagent.com.au or your RTA Account Partner.
As an Agent, to upload your own API Key:
Copy the API Key from Realhub for your user
Login to the Real Time Agent iOS app
Tap Settings (top left hand corner of the app)
Scroll down to Realhub
Enter your user API Key under the Realhub Token
Tap Upload
You'll now be able to pull vendor quote information into your Real Time Authorities.
