User permissions allow Office Administrators to control what team members can see and do within Realhub. These settings can be configured manually for each individual, or managed via Brand User Profiles if your brand has this feature enabled.
How to access User Permissions
Go to Agency Admin > Agents & Users.
Select the specific user you wish to manage.
In the Tools menu on the right-hand side, click User Permissions.
Configuring Permissions
If your brand does not use customer user permission profiles, or if a user requires a unique setup, ensure the Use Brand Profile toggle is set to No. You can then manually switch each permission to On or Off.
Permissions are split into two categories:
Property: Controls access for listing and marketing campaigns.
Agency: Controls access for the office's own marketing and branding campaigns.
You can toggle the permissions on or off for each of the following as required for the selected user.
If your brand has created permissions user profiles, see below for more information on how to apply.

Using Brand User Profiles
If your brand has pre-configured user permissions profiles, you can use these to quickly apply a standard set of permissions based on the user's role (e.g., "Sales Agent" or "Marketing Admin").
Switch the Use Brand Profile toggle to Yes.
Select either the Property or Agency tab.
Choose the appropriate profile from the Brand Profile dropdown menu.
Click Save.
Note: If you do not see any profiles in the dropdown and would like to use this feature, please contact your Brand Administrator.
