User Notifications

User notifications ensure that the right team members are alerted about campaign milestones, such as new comments on artwork, or confirmation of an order. These can be managed individually or via a Brand Custom Notifications User Profile.

How to access User Notifications

  1. Go to Agency Admin > Agents & Users.

  2. Select the user you wish to manage.

  3. In the Tools menu on the right-hand side, click Notification Options.

By default, you can manually toggle notifications on or off for each user. This is the best approach if a team member needs a bespoke notification setup.

Applying Custom Brand Notifications Profile

To save time, your brand may have created standard notification profiles. Using a profile ensures that users in similar roles receive a consistent level of communication without needing to toggle individual settings.

  1. In the notification settings modal, toggle Use Brand Profile to Yes.

  2. Choose the required profile from the dropdown menu.

  3. Click Save.
