Creating artwork for an order using Canva

Design artwork directly in Canva using your brand's templates, with property and campaign details pre-filled from your Realhub order.

About Canva for Realhub (Beta)

Canva is now available as an Artwork Builder option in Realhub, currently in beta. This feature lets you design marketing materials directly in Canva while keeping your workflow inside Realhub. Your brand details, property images, and listing information sync automatically into your designs, saving you time.

Note: Your Brand Administrator must first enable Canva integration in their brand settings. This is a beta feature, your feedback helps us improve it. Please share comments with your account manager or support team.

How to create artwork using Canva

  1. Open a campaign and select an order.

  2. Click the Create Artwork button.

  3. In the Choose Artwork Builder panel, select Canva.

  4. A template selection screen appears showing templates your brand has set up in Canva. Browse and select the template you want to use.

  5. Canva opens (in a new or existing browser tab) with your order details pre-filled: property images, listing information, agency branding, and agent details are already in the design. Please be aware that when starting an artwork it may take some time (5-30 seconds) for Canva to process the request, build the project that contains the artwork and campaign images, then open the artwork in a new tab.

  6. Edit your design as you normally would in Canva. Add, remove, or customise text, images, colours, and layouts depending on the configuration and/or restrictions applied to the Brandkit template.

  7. When finished, click Save & go back to Realhub in the top right of the Canva interface or exit the tab if button not present.

  8. You return to your order page in Realhub. The order preview now shows your completed artwork. Realhub stores JPG, PNG, and PDF versions automatically.

  9. Review your artwork in the preview. You can now approve the order (which sends the artwork PDF to your provider) or continue editing.

Editing artwork later

To make changes to artwork you've already created in Canva:

  1. Open the order containing your artwork.

  2. Click the Edit button next to your artwork preview.

  3. Canva opens with your design ready to edit. Make your changes and click Save & go back to Realhub when done or exit the tab if the button is not present.

  4. Your order preview updates with the revised artwork.
