Step-by-Step Instructions
Log in to https://realhub.realbase.io/ .
Go to the reference campaign — the duplicate that will be archived.
In the right-hand panel, click Merge Campaign.
In the Copy To field, type the property address and select the correct campaign when it appears.
Review the list of campaign items available to move across, and tick or leave unticked as needed.
Under Archive Source Campaign, select Yes to archive the reference campaign immediately, or No to keep it active for now.
Click Merge Campaigns.
Click Yes, Merge It to finalise.
You'll land on the campaign you're keeping — the one you copied the information into — whether you chose to archive the reference campaign immediately or leave it active.
Important:
Managing duplicate campaigns for the same property: Keep a single source of truth where possible. If duplicates already exist and you need to add orders, use Add to Existing Campaign so everything stays under one campaign instead of splitting across duplicates.
Why do duplicate campaigns happen? The most common cause is a CRM sync creating a campaign at the same time one is created manually.
What can and can't I do when merging campaigns? You can copy campaign information — such as orders and details — from the reference campaign into the campaign you're keeping, so everything sits in one place. You can't combine two campaigns into a single record automatically; the reference campaign stays separate until you choose to archive it.
How do I remove a duplicate campaign once its information has been copied? At the final step of the merge process, select Yes under Archive Source Campaign.
Tip: Move active orders into your primary campaign first, then archive the duplicate.
Do duplicate campaigns affect fees? If your plan charges a fee per campaign, duplicate campaigns may result in being charged twice.
Troubleshooting & Edge Cases
Can I move a completed order to another campaign? Completed orders can't be moved between campaigns. Contact support@realhub.com.au for help with a completed order on a duplicate campaign.
