Step-by-Step Instructions on how to unarchive a campaign

  1. On the archived campaign's page, click Unarchive Campaign.

  2. When prompted "Unarchive Campaign? Are You Sure?", click Yes, Unarchive It.

You'll stay on the same campaign page, and a note reading "Campaign Is Archived" will be not displayed anymore.

Important:

  • Who can archive a campaign? Both Office Administrator and Agent roles can archive a duplicate campaign.

  • Does an archived campaign still appear in campaign lists or search? An archived campaign won't appear on the Dashboard. To find it, go to Overview, and under Campaigns, use the search field on the right panel to search by campaign name — apply filters if needed — and press Enter. Archived campaigns display "(Archived)" next to the property address to indicate their status.

  • How does this relate to merging campaigns? Archiving is the final step of the merge process — when you merge a reference campaign into the one you're keeping, you can choose to archive the reference campaign at that point instead of doing it separately here. See How to merge duplicte campaigns.

Troubleshooting & Edge Cases

  • Does archiving a campaign affect Campaign Management Fee (CMF)? Archiving itself doesn't incur a fee. However, if an order was placed, a quote was approved, or the listing was published to portals before the campaign was archived, this triggers the Campaign Management Fee (CMF) and you'll be invoiced accordingly. If no activity occurred on the campaign before archiving, no fees apply.

  • What happens to orders or listings on an archived campaign? Any pending orders will remain on the Pending Orders screen. If an order was already approved before the campaign was archived, expect it to be delivered by your provider as normal — unless you contact the provider directly to request cancellation. If your provider cancelled the order, you'll need to contact support@realhub.com.au so the order can also be unapproved in the system.
