A marketing quote (or vendor marketing quote) outlines the marketing costs for a property campaign — the items, services, and pricing a vendor is being charged for. A quote template is a reusable version of this, set up once in Agency Admin and applied to any campaign, then adjusted as needed for each listing.
Step-by-Step Instructions
You can create a quote template two ways: from scratch in Agency Admin, or by saving an existing campaign quote as a template.
Option 1: From Scratch
Log in to Realhub as an Office Administrator.
Go to Agency Admin > Quote Templates.
Click Create.
If you work across multiple offices, select the relevant office.
Name your template, choose your settings, and assign specific agents if required.
Click Create Campaign Quote Template.
Click into the quote template name you've just created.
Add items to the template:
Add Order Item: for items linked to your provider price list, added the same way as a regular order. Click Add Item.
Add Custom Item: to enter your own item title, price, and details manually. Click Complete Fields.
Option 2: Save an Existing Campaign Quote as a Template
Log in to Realhub as an Office Administrator.
From an existing quote within a campaign, click the cog icon.
Select Save as Template.
Name your quote template.
Your new template appears in Agency Admin > Quote Templates, ready for your office or assigned agents to use. You can update it any time.
⚠️ Important
A quote template belongs to one office only. By default, all agents in that office can use it — unless it's been restricted to specific agents under Assign Users. To restrict a quote template to specific agents:
Go to Agency Admin > Quote Templates > select the template.
Click Edit Quote Details.
Under Assign Users, search and select agents, then click Update Campaign Quote Template.
In a Brand Group, only the admin office can view quote templates created by other member offices — member offices can only view templates created within their own office.
The percentage option calculates against the total of all other items on the quote, not a fixed base amount.
Troubleshooting & Edge Cases
I am getting a ‘Campaign Quote Not Found’ error. This usually means the quote template isn't linked to an active, valid campaign. A few things to check:
Campaign status: confirm the property campaign still exists and is active — restore or recreate it if it's been archived or deleted.
Template setup: check the quote template is linked to the correct, valid campaign.
Start from the campaign: create the quote from the campaign itself rather than the template shortcut, so it links correctly.
I am getting the "Campaign quote items can't be blank" error. This usually points to an issue with the REA product in your quote template. A few things to check:
Campaign date: make sure it isn't set in the past.
Postcode: confirm it's correct for the listing.
REA product setup: check the REA product has been added correctly in your price list.
REA product matches listing type: for example, select the Land product for a Land listing, or the Rentals product for a rental listing, rather than Residential.
