How to update quote template settings

To edit a quote template, go to Agency Admin > Quote Templates. Updating a template doesn't affect quotes already sent — only new quotes created from it going forward.

A marketing quote (or vendor marketing quote) outlines the marketing costs for a property campaign — the items, services, and pricing a vendor is being charged for. A quote template is a reusable version of this, set up once in Agency Admin and applied to any campaign, then adjusted as needed for each listing.

How to access quote templates

You can access company‑wide quote templates from the admin settings.

Go to Agency Admin > Quote Templates. That page is the central place where all templates for your agency are created and managed. From there you can edit settings like locked sections, price adjustments, custom items, and assigned users.

How to edit an existing quote template settings

  1. Go to Agency Admin > Quote Templates.

  2. Click the template's title to open it.

  3. From the Tools module, click Edit Quote Details to adjust settings.

    • Lock Sections: Prevents users from changing the quote structure. They can’t add, remove, reorder, or modify sections. This keeps the layout consistent across campaigns.

    • Disable Custom Items: Users can still add provider items, but they can’t add free‑text or miscellaneous items. Everything must come from the predefined list.

    • Disable Price Adjustments: Locks vendor pricing. Agents can’t manually change the price of items on the quote.

    • Assign Users: Limits who can use that template. Only the selected users will see and be able to apply it.

  4. Click Update Campaign Quote Template to save.

You will remain on the current page, and a confirmation message stating "Campaign Quote Template Updated Successfully" will appear in the top-right corner.

Important: Managing Users

If your office is part of a Brand Group, template visibility depends on where the template was created:

Quote Template creation

  • Brand Group–created quote templates: Managed and visible from the Brand Group's Admin Agency.

  • Individual office–created quote templates: Only available to that specific office, even if it's part of a Brand Group.

Quote Template access

  • Office-level admins: Only see quote templates created for their own office.

  • Brand Group Admin Agency users: Can see quote templates across all offices within the Brand Group.

Troubleshooting & Edge Cases

  • I cannot see any quote template. This could be due to any of the following:

    • No quote templates exist yet. Your Office Admin needs to create one via Agency Admin access.

    • Quote template not assigned. it hasn't been assigned to you yet. Contact your Office Admin to get one assigned.

    • Missing permissions. You may not have quoting/ordering permissions enabled. Your Office Admin can turn this on.
