This page lists changes to RealCall, newest first.
October 15, 2026
Improved
The RealCall results page now loads much faster, especially for organizations with a large number of calls. Without filters, it shows calls from the most recent 30 days. Use filters or search to look further back.

New
With the Amazon Connect integration, your contact center can now tell RealCall to stop analyzing a call at any point, not only once a result is reached. This matches how the Genesys and SIPREC integrations already work.
September 25, 2026
Improved
More reliable calls during deploys. During routine maintenance and deploys, calls already in progress now have a grace period to finish instead of being cut off.
September 17, 2026
Improved
More complete webhook payloads. RealCall webhooks now include the same fields as the Session API, including call ID, detected languages, custom metadata, time to conclusion, timestamps, and inconclusive reasons. You no longer need a separate Session API call to get the full result. Existing webhook fields are unchanged. See RealCall Webhooks Reference.

Fixed
In-app support chat. The support chat loads again, so you can reach our Support team directly from the web app.
September 8, 2026
RealCall now lives in the Reality Defender platform alongside RealScan and RealMeeting, with one login for all your products.
New
Calls list. View all your calls in one table with each call's conclusion, source, receiving number, time to conclusion, and language. Filter by conclusion, call date, call direction, status, source, and language, search by call ID or phone number, and bookmark calls to find them later.
Call result page. Open any call to see its conclusion, audio playback, and a segment-by-segment breakdown showing which parts of the call drove the result. For inconclusive calls, the reason is shown in both the calls list and the result page. See Understanding RealCall Results.
Move between calls. On a call result page, use the previous and next controls or your arrow keys to move to the next call without returning to the list. Your filters, search, and sort order carry over.
Upload test audio. Admins and Contributors can upload an audio file to test RealCall, and turn on Simulate a phone call to process it under telephony conditions. Your organization's RealCall test phone number is also shown here for placing a live test call. Results appear in the calls list as a Test call. See Understanding RealCall Results for supported file types.
RealCall roles. RealCall now has its own Admin, Contributor, and Viewer roles, managed on the Team page. Changing someone's RealCall role doesn't affect their roles in other products.
RealCall settings. Admins can manage audio preprocessing and the audio retention policy in Settings > RealCall.
Changes to be aware of
New location for API keys and webhooks. Manage RealCall API keys in API keys > RealCall and webhooks in Webhooks > RealCall.
Real-time processing setting removed. Real-time processing is now always on, so the setting no longer appears. How your calls are processed hasn't changed.
Retention changes apply to new calls only. Changing the audio retention policy affects calls from that point forward. Existing recordings keep their previous policy.
Previous RealCall web app. The previous RealCall web app remains available for now and shows a banner pointing to the new location.
