This page lists changes to RealMeeting, newest first.

New
You can now have RealMeeting delete meeting recordings after a set number of days, from 1 to 365. This is a middle ground between deleting recordings right after analysis and keeping them indefinitely, so you can balance investigation needs with data-minimization policies.
In Settings > RealMeeting, under Recording retention policy, choose Delete recordings after a retention period and set the number of days. Scan results are kept, and the change applies to meetings started after you set it.
Fixed
If you remove the RealMeeting app from a meeting or close the side panel, the meeting now closes with a result instead of staying in progress in your scan list. If you invite the bot back to the same meeting, it continues the same session.
Changes to be aware of
If you use Microsoft Teams in a web browser, the browser must allow third-party cookies for RealMeeting. If they're blocked, the RealMeeting app leaves the meeting after about 10 seconds. To allow these cookies in Chrome, see RealMeeting Installation Guide. The Teams desktop app isn't affected.

New
If your organization's data policies require it, you can now have RealMeeting delete meeting files after they're analyzed. To do so, turn on Delete files after analysis in RealMeeting settings in the web app.
After a recording is deleted, its scan may still look selectable in the scan list, and opening it shows a player that keeps loading.
Fixed
Scans whose result came from the audio couldn't be opened from the scan list. They now open whenever a recording is available.
For these scans, the detail view doesn't show the audio analysis yet.

Some result detail pages previously failed to load with the error, “Something went wrong while loading this session details.” These pages now load correctly.

Move between meetings. When reviewing scan results in the web app, use the previous and next controls or your arrow keys to move to the next meeting without returning to the list. Your filters, search, and sort order carry over.
Fixed
Detection samples. Detection samples load correctly alongside scan results in the web app.
Viewer role. Viewers no longer see actions they can't use, such as Install App.
Supported apps. RealMeeting no longer lists Zoom as an available app. RealMeeting supports Microsoft Teams.
