Overview 📋:
The Realync + Apartment List Manual integration makes it easier than ever for prospects to access video content through your Apartment List Experience.
How to Use Apartment List Manual:
1) Contact integrations@realync.com to request that this integration be turned on for your account.
2) Once activated, go to your Videos tab and find the video you want to add to Apartment List.
3) Select "Create Share Link", "Integrations", select "Apartment List" from the dropdown, then click "Create".
4) A unique link specifically for Apartment List will be created for you to copy.
5) Compile a list of these video links in a spreadsheet to send to Apartment List:
Download this template or open a spreadsheet (ie. Google Sheets or Excel) and add the column headers Property Name, Unit Number, Floorplan, Building and Link
Paste the Realync video link you just copied in the Link column
For each video, please fill out the remaining columns to ensure videos are assigned properly.
6) Save the file once your list is compiled and send it to Apartment List Client Services (clientservices@apartmentlist.com).
