Overview 📋:
The Realync + Jonah integration makes it easier than ever for prospects to access video content through your Jonah website.
How to Use Jonah:
1) Contact integrations@realync.com to request that this integration be turned on for your account.
2) Once activated, go to your Videos tab and find the video you want to add to Jonah.
3) Select "Create Share Link", "Integrations", select "Jonah" from the dropdown, then click "Create".
4) A unique link specifically for Jonah will be created for you to copy.
5) Compile a list of these video links in a spreadsheet to send to Jonah Support:
Download this template or open a spreadsheet (ie. Google Sheets or Excel) and add the column headers Property Name, Floor Plan, Unit Number, and Link
Paste the Realync video link you just copied in the Link column
For each video, you will fill out the Property Name and Floor Plan and/or Unit Number
6) Save the file once your list is compiled and send it to Jonah Support.
