The Realync + EliseAI Manual integration makes it easier than ever to incorporate your Realync Video Content into your Elise.AI email communications.
How to the Use EliseAI Manual Integration:
1) Contact integrations@realync.com to request that this integration be turned on for your account.
2) Once activated, go to your Videos tab and find the video you want to add to EliseAI.
3) Select "Share", "Integrations", and then "EliseAI".
4) A unique link specifically for EliseAI will be created for you to copy.
5) Find the Unit the video link is for and add the link you generated to the Virtual Tours field OR
6) Compile a list of these video links in a spreadsheet to send to EliseAI Support:
Download this template or open a spreadsheet (ie. Google Sheets or Excel) and add the column headers Property Name, Unit Number, Floorplan, Building and Link
Paste the Realync video link you just copied in the Link column
For each video, please fill out the remaining columns to ensure videos are assigned properly.
7) Video content will be hyperlinked to the units suggested by the AI in email communications.
