We rarely see publishing issues, but we want you to be prepared as technology is not fail-proof.
Pay close attention to these tips when you are publishing your video in order to avoid any content getting lost or stuck! 🙏

1) When finished editing your video, scroll to the bottom of your screen and select "Publish Video".
2) While the video is publishing, you will receive a message to keep Realync open. Please ensure you do so as closing it out might interrupt or delete a video you have worked so hard to perfect.
3) Leave Realync open until you receive a "Voila!" message and your video is finished publishing. 🎊

If you have unpublished videos, never log out of Realync on the device where the videos were recorded.
If you have a video you are still working on but need to log out for some reason. Go ahead and publish it just to be safe. You can always go back later and edit anything you want to in the video! Videos are stored locally on the device they are recorded on until they are published to the Realync cloud. ☁️
If you have a software update on Realync or your mobile device, you can still run these updates and not lose your unpublished videos. Just be sure to not log out of Realync while the updates process.
You must be connected to Wifi or cellular data when publishing.
If you are surrounded by concrete walls, try moving towards a window (yes we know this sounds silly but have many clients who are in basements of buildings and surrounded by 6 feet of concrete on all sides).
Can you edit a published video? YES! 🎊
