Out of Phone Storage?

Follow these troubleshooting tips!

Updated over a week ago

Just like any app, the Realync app will need some space on your phone to perform properly!

Try these troubleshooting steps below to free up more space in your storage:

1) Check in your unpublished videos tab πŸ“Ή: Unpublished videos are locally stored on your device until they are published. Therefore, the more unpublished videos you have, the more storage the Realync app will take up on your phone.

πŸ’‘ Tip: You are unable to edit any videos from another device until they are published!

2) Clean out your trash πŸ—‘οΈ: When you delete videos/clips, they are then stored in your Trash. To remove the videos from the app permanently, you will need to go into your Trash and delete those videos. The videos with the labels "local" are the videos saved on your device, therefore, taking up more space.

3) Make sure your iOS/Android is up-to-date πŸ“±

4) Check to see your number of clips within the video and length of video ⏲️: The more clips/ the longer the clips = the more storage the video will need to publish!

5) Once a video is saved as a draft or a published video, the recording will immediately be housed within Realync to save your phone plenty of storage!
