Playlists are a fabulous Realync feature for sending prospects or residents a specific set of videos altogether. For example, you can send a prospect a playlist of a unit video, an amenity video, and a personal greeting from your staff. Or you can create playlists for one bedroom, two bedrooms, etc., and have them ready to send to prospective residents who are interested in a specific floor plan! 😎

1) Log into your Realync account on our web dashboard. Then, scroll down to the playlist section on your Videos tab.
2) To create a playlist, all you have to do is click on the "+" button located to the right of the Playlist. Once you do that, a pop-up window will show up.
3) Now you will need to add a Playlist title and select the desired videos you want in that playlist.
To reorder your videos, simply press down on the video you are wanting to move on the right-hand side and move it to your desired position.
If you want to delete a video from the playlist, click on the X located in the top right-hand corner of that video.
You can preview your playlist, by clicking the play button or the arrows.
4) After you have entered the title and added your desired videos, press on the blue Next button. On this screen, you can add a description to your playlist which you will see on the playlist tab when clicking on the "?" icon located in the bottom right-hand corner of that video. In addition, the prospect will also see this description when you send the playlist.
4a) You can also add a cover image to the playlist by pressing on the ✏️ icon. If you are not wanting a cover image for your playlist, then we will use the first video's cover image.
5) Press the blue "Create "button then, boom, you have your playlist. 😄
Fun fact: Did you know you can also filter playlists to view only your Live Session playlists or other playlists you have created? Simply press the little drop-down arrow and a menu will pop up!

1) Click on the blue "plus" button and select "Create Playlist".
2) This will open up a Create Playlist window. In this window, you are able to:
Edit Attachments
Enter the Playlist title
Upload or remove the playlist cover image
Add/edit the description of the playlist
Add/remove/reorder videos
To reorder your videos, simply press and hold and the videos should start moving. Once the videos are moving, you should now be able to drag your videos in your desired order.
Preview your playlist
3) Name your playlist and Voila! You can now create a unique share link for this playlist instead of sending individual links for each video.
To share your playlist, you use the same steps in sharing any individual video.
