Live Sessions combine the power of Realync Pre-Recorded Videos with Live Tours. But instead of being hosted from a mobile device, these experiences are hosted right from your computer. During a Live Session, you can show your prospect any videos you have in your Realync library while having a Facetime-like experience with them.

There are multiple benefits of hosting a Live Session 😍:

1) Live Sessions cut down any connection issues an agent might have with their mobile device service or wifi.

2) Live Sessions also help to ‘walk’ prospects through units that may still be under construction or that are occupied, by reviewing videos that were previously recorded.

3) The ultimate power of the Live Session is allowing the leasing agent to have a face-to-face conversation with a prospect and be able to tour and experience their community without having to leave their desk, or even be on-site.

4) That prospect still gets a personal experience and immediate gratification to get all the questions answered they have about the property or the unit in order to keep the process moving.

5) Remember the little things about your prospect with agent notes that you can reference before and during the live stream. These will only be visible to you (the host).

6) Pick out which videos you want to show! Prior to scheduling your Live Session, you have the ability to choose the videos you want to present to your attendees!

7) You can Screen Share with your prospect and walk them through the application process, your property website, etc.!

8) Attach important documents to your Live Session experience that will be sent to the prospect along with a copy of the Session!

10) We will do all of your hard work for you! We will send out reminders to your prospects before the Live Session. As for after the Live Session, we can send out a recorded copy of the Live Session and a PLAYLIST of all the videos you played throughout the Session. To enable this, all you have to do is go to your settings and toggle the recording email notification off.
