  • Website: Add Realync Video Tours where possible to create a virtual presence

  • Integrations: Integrate Realync Video Tours and Live Touring Offerings into all of your integrations.

  • Social Media & Ad Campaigns: We integrate directly with some social media sites (such as Facebook and Twitter) and our videos can be utilized to create ad campaigns. We also have a download option available in which you could gain the direct video download to utilize outside of Realync for video efforts outside of our integrated platforms.

Specials & Resident Perks:

  • Move-In Specials: Create videos for any concessions/specials you are offering and share on social media!

  • Resident Perks: Partner with nearby retail, restaurants, and bars -- feature them in a bonus amenity/location video that you share with prospects. Include a coupon/voucher in their move-in packet.


Prospecting/Touring:

  • Pre-Screen Prospects: Help future residents narrow down various available floor plans prior to their in-person tour by hosting a Live Session or sharing a Playlist of floor plans for them to view virtually.

  • Video Library: Take advantage of the vacant units while you can! Record a video of each unique floor plan from various views to help lease apartments before the current resident has vacated.

  • QR Code Playlists: For high-traffic days, leave a handout/flyer with a QR code that guides them to check out the amenities and tells a bit about what your community has to offer until your team returns to connect with them.
