The Matterport integration provides an even more immersive experience for prospects while touring virtually.

The Matterport integration for Realync allows you to embed your pre-recorded Realync videos into your Matterport 3D Tours as Mattertags. While a prospect is

viewing a Matterport 3D Tour, they can click a Mattertag to open a video that provides additional engaging content about the space.

How to Use the Matterport Integration

1) Log into Realync and navigate to your video dashboard. Then, locate the video you want to incorporate into your Matterport 3D tour

2) Click the share button and hover over Share via Integrations and then select Matterport. This will generate a unique link to embed into your Matterport 3D tour and will show up in Realync reporting as a Matterport link so you can track the analytics of the link.

3) Copy the link.

4) Follow Matterport’s instructions for adding video links as Mattertags in your Matterport 3D tour. Create a Mattertag post. Add a title, description, and link to external websites if desired. In the Editor, click the Mattertag icon in the toolbox to the right. Click the Media icon in the visual interface. Paste the Realync video link you just copied and press the Enter (return) key, or click the “Apply” button. Press “Control + V” to paste the link on PCPress “Command + V” to paste the link on PCThe video (with a play button) will be embedded inside the window once pasted. Click "Done" to save your changes.

We support images at any size or resolution, but the best quality images historically use aspect ratio. If users click the image, the Mattertag post will expand to fill the entire screen so they can take a closer look.

Recommendations

1) Ensure both formats are hosted on a third-party provider.

2) If you're linking to audio and video, both formats must be hosted on a third-party provider like YouTube or SoundCloud - upload to the provider and use the link they provide. We can't directly add audio or visual files that are hosted on your personal website.

3) Use short audio and video clips - this keeps the overall experience tight and focused. We support other types of media including: Google Maps Polls PDFs.
