The Realync + BetterBot integration makes it easier than ever for website visitors to access video content right within your BetterBot.
Realync videos seamlessly integrate into BetterBot’s chatbot, allowing prospects to engage with your pre-recorded video content through your property website.
Your BetterBot has the ability to prompt prospects to take virtual tours, saving your leasing teams’ time and energy while making your website experience more engaging.

How to Use the BetterBot Integration
How to Use the BetterBot Integration
1) Contact integrations@realync.com to request that this integration be turned on for your account.
2) Once activated, go to your Videos tab and find the video you want to share within the Bot.
3) Select "Share" then select "Integrations". After this click "BetterBot".
4) A unique link specifically for BetterBot will be created and ready for you to copy!
Download this template or open a spreadsheet (ie. Google Sheets or Excel)
1) Add the column headers Property Name, Floor Plan, Unit Number, and Video URL.
2) Paste the Realync video link you just copied in the Video URL column.
3) If it is a Unit video, make sure to fill out the Floor Plan name and the Unit #. If it is an amenity space, you can add a column for the Amenity name.
4) Make sure to fill in the Property Name for each video.
5) Send this spreadsheet to your BetterBot rep and they will get this added to your Bot in no time!
