Realync's PERQ integration makes it easy to add Realync videos to your property website. By showing video tours within the website, clients are better able to drive more leads through their website. The content is “evergreen” and allows clients to maximize the value of their pre-recorded Realync content, all while building a more engaging web experience for prospects. The integration enables the following:
Using PERQ’s AI tool, prospects are able to search for or have video content suggested to them based on their interactions within the property website.
Community overview as well as unit-specific videos are incorporated into PERQ’s video viewer throughout the property website.
PERQ is able to collect prospect information and track how many leads come through the video tour experience, thus touting Realync’s ROI.
Website visitors will be able to view a property overview video, as well as floor plan-specific videos. Visitors will be required to fill out a form prior to viewing the video.

) Contact integrations@realync.com to request that this integration be turned on for your account.
2) Once activated, go to your Videos tab and find the video you want to add to PERQ
3) Select "Create Share Link", "Integrations", select "PERQ" from the dropdown, then click "Create".
4) A unique link specifically for PERQ will be created for you to copy.
5) Compile a list of these video links in a spreadsheet to send to PERQ Support:
Download this template or open a spreadsheet (ie. Google Sheets or Excel) and add the column headers Property Name, Floor Plan, Unit Number, and Link
Paste the Realync video link you just copied in the Link column
For each video, you will fill out the Property Name and Floor Plan and/or Unit Number
For Amenities, please specify the Amenity name in the Floor Plan column
6) Save the file once your list is compiled and send it to PERQ Support.
