You might pride yourself on your property's amazing location and proximity to all of the awesome hot spots your city has to offer. 🌇 You can talk til you are blue in the face about your favorite ice cream shop 🍦 being twenty steps away or the late-night pizza place 🍕 basically in the backyard. What better way to showcase this than by showing your prospect the "Walk Score" of your community!? 🚶
Prospects can now see the Walk Score of your community during a Live Tour or Live Session!!! You don't need to do anything extra to set this up, it is ready to rock and roll for you.
Below is an image of what your prospect will see. If they mouse over to the "Map" icon, the map will then appear along with any other default pins you have created.
As a host, you also have the option to present your map to the prospect if you choose to highlight this feature.
1) When you are in your Live Tour, click on the map icon at the bottom of your screen. You will then be taken to a page that looks like this! Choose "Start Presenting" in the top right corner and your map will be mirrored on the prospect's map.
2) Next, click the red default pin and the Walk Score will appear.
