Staffing & New Hires

Training is arguably the most important role as you hire new team members and we know there are a lot of things on your plate. We have put together a few ways we can help to ensure your new teammate is set up for success with Realync and using this resource to take your property goals to the next level. 😎

We are dedicated to being your premier partner, confidently guiding your team through the training process, ensuring they possess the essential tools to fully unleash Realync's potential in accordance with your desired internal team goals.

Introduction Email:

  • Send an email to your CSM (if you are unsure who that is, you can email support@realync.com) and loop in the new hire so we have their contact information! We will take it from there and ensure they get trained on all things Realync!

Training Binders:

  • Additionally, if you have training binders and checklists for your teams, make sure to include Realync and our contact information so the team can reach out to us with any questions

  • Support@realync.com is always their best resource if they ever need assistance

Learning Management System:

  • Scorm FilesIf you have an LMS and want us to provide you with the Scorm Files to add to your system so you can take training internally as well, let us know and we would be happy to provide you with further pricing and information on obtaining those files.

  • Within Realync, you have the ability to set “tasks” for your properties and set them up with videos you need to have completed and/or ideas that you come up with so they have a place for them to stay on track. Read more about how to schedule such tasks at the hyperlink above.


Additional Resources & Suggestions:

  • Realync Learning Academy

    • Access the Realync Learning Academy by logging into your Realync web dashboard, clicking on the “?” icon in the top right, then selecting Learning Academy. Once in, you’ll click “Start Learning” to begin the self-guided Realync 101 course. More courses will be coming soon for advanced users, as well as different roles.

  • Marketing Plan:

    • Ensuring the team has a copy of their property Marketing Plan and how best they can incorporate Realync videos into each step whether that be Social Media, Resident Engagement, or Website Embedded Videos, there are so many ways the teams can take it to the next level.

    • We see the most success with teams that internally host and run video contests among their sister communities. Who doesn’t love a friendly competition?
