What is Realync Studios?

Realync Studios is managed by the Realync Services team and can help on site management teams create video content by recording, editing, and publishing pre-recorded videos and 360 click thru tours. Our network is made up of trained videography contractors located in various locations nationwide.

How long does it take to schedule a Realync Studios site visit?

We book 4 weeks out. In some markets, we might be able to accommodate a faster turnaround, depending on operational logistics, local contractor status, and availability. It’s not always possible, but it's worth asking!

Where are Realync Studios contractors located?

We have trained Realync Studios videography contractors located in multiple cities nationwide and our network is rapidly growing! It’s possible that your assigned contractor is local to your area, or they might have traveled a few hours to complete your Studios site visit. In some areas, we might onboard a new contractor in your local area to complete your Studios site visit.

How long does it take to capture content on site?

It depends on various factors:

  • The number of spaces we’re recording

  • The size of the spaces we’re recording

  • Total number of content captures

  • Space readiness (does the contractor have to wait on maintenance, cleaning, construction, or leasing teams to access the spaces?)

It’s estimated that it will take approximately 3 hours to record ten Realync videos, and approximately 3 hours to capture ten 360 click thrus. (this is variable based on space sizes, accessibility of spaces, contractor efficiency, etc)

How long does it take for content to be delivered to your property’s Realync account?

It can take approximately 10 business days after the last day of recording for content delivery; it can also fluctuate depending on current Studios demand. Larger projects might have a longer turnaround time or be delivered in phases, however, we will keep you updated as best as we can.

What is the minimum number of captures that can be requested for a Realync Studios site visit?

Each site visit should be a minimum of 10 captures of either/or a combination of Realync videos/360 click thrus.

(There are some exceptions to this rule. For example, your team purchased our minimum package for up to 10 captures, or you have received approval from Realync Services due to various circumstances.)

How to Decide which spaces to include in the Realync Studios Capture List:

If you’re not contracted for a full property capture (all units receive content), then you’ll need to decide which spaces should be captured by the Realync Studios contractor.

Realync Studios Suggestions:

  • Capture 1 video/360 click thru of every floorplan

  • Capture 1 video/360 click thru of every unit type (studio, 1x1, 2x2, 3x2)

  • Capture content for as many vacant units as possible at the time of Studios visit

  • Capture content for units that might be more challenging to lease (penthouses, large townhomes, terrace level homes, etc)

Does each amenity get its own video/click thru content?

Amenities will be recorded and delivered in a single amenity overview video/click thru depending on the type of media in the agreement. If you prefer to have a separate video/click thru for each amenity, note that each video/click thru will add to your content count.

For example: If you are contracted to have 10 Realync videos created and you want the pool, fitness center, and clubhouse to each have their own videos, then you have 7 videos remaining for units or other spaces. This is because you used 3 of your videos for separate amenity videos. If you opt for 1 amenity overview video, all amenities will be highlighted in 1 video, and it only counts as 1 piece of content. Additionally, viewers appreciate the convenience of seeing amenity clips in 1 single video. View the Example Realync Video Playlist for reference.

Is Training included in the Site Visit?

No, training is not included. Our Realync Studios representative is there to create content for your Realync library only and is on a tight schedule. They will not be able to assist with any training or troubleshooting, however, there are multiple ways to access training and support!
