Prepping for your Studios visit
Prepping for your Studios visit

Here's our best tips for preparing for your upcoming Studios visit!

Updated over 11 months ago
  1. Unit/Amenity List
If you haven’t sent your Unit and Amenities list to us, please do so ASAP so that we have it no less than 48 hours before our visit.

We understand that unit numbers can change, and that’s ok. Even if it’s just the floorplan name and square footage, this information is important for planning. Larger apartments take more time to record, and this helps us understand how long we need to be on site.

You can make a copy of this spreadsheet template to send to us.

  2. Walk the Spaces!
Make sure all spaces that we will be recording are sparkled and ready for their video debut!

  3. Building and Unit Access
Prepare any access cards/keys that our Realync Studios Representative will need to access all units and have them ready on the first day of our visit.
We will likely arrive right when your leasing office opens to get started!

  4. Resident Notification
It’s helpful to send a notice to your residents to inform them that property amenities will be filmed with the day(s) listed so they are aware if they see our team recording in various places around the community.

  5. Training is NOT included in this visit.
Our Realync Studios Representative is there to create content for your Realync library and is on a tight schedule. They will not be able to assist with any training or troubleshooting, however, there are multiple ways to access training and support!
