Downloading videos from Realync onto your desktop or mobile device is as easy as clicking a button or two! 🖱️
In most cases, we strongly recommend you send your pre-recorded videos out by using unique links. This is because when you download videos from Realync, you will lose all of our amazing tracking and data features. With that all being said, there might be a time and a place to download your video(s) from Realync. If that is the case, talk to your Client Success Manager about the best next steps. 👣
If you have the download feature, follow the steps below to download your video:

1) Click on the three dots to the right of the video you are wanting to download. Then select "Download Video".
2) After you select that, click "Download" to confirm your request.
3) Your video should start downloading! Once the video is done downloading, you will receive an email with the downloaded video. Please do not force-close the app until you get the message shown below. 💬

1) Click on the three dots to the right of the video you want to download.
2) Then select "Download Video".
That's it! You should receive an email soon with the downloaded video. 💙
