How to Share a Video with a Unique Link

You've created amazing videos, now its time to share them. Let's go!

Did you know there are other ways to share your video such as Yardi and Entrata? Contact integrations@realync.com for more information on how to get that set up for your property.

If you don't have an integration, you can share your video with a unique link! Below are steps to do just that...

On Web πŸ’»

1) Click on the Videos tab and find your desired video.

2) Click on the three dots located in the top right-hand corner of your video. Next, select "Create Share Link". πŸ”

3) Enter the Prospect/Resident's first name, last name, and email address and click "Create Link".

4) Copy the share link and paste it into your desired communication outlet.

Please note that Realync does not send out the share links for you. We create individual links that you copy and paste into outgoing emails and communications with your prospects and residents. Want to learn how to hyperlink your video in an email?

5) When the user clicks on the link, your tracking and analytical data are captured. πŸ“ˆ

Note: If you are running into trouble with a link you are attempting to share, follow these troubleshooting steps.

  1. Log out of Realync

  2. Clear your browser cache.

  3. Log back into Realync.

On the App πŸ“±

1) Head to the video from your published folder and find the video you want to send.

2) Click on the three dots to your video's right. This will prompt an additional menu to pop up with different options.

3) Select "Create Share Link".

4) Click "Create Prospect Share Link". Then enter the Prospect/Resident's first name, last name, and email address and click "Create Link".

5) Copy and paste the share link into your desired communication outlet.

6) When the user clicks on the link, your tracking and analytical data are captured. πŸ“ˆ
