The first step to starting with Realync is downloading our app! Our app is available on the iOS App and Google Play Store. For the best experience, we strongly recommend you make sure your firmware is up-to-date.
*If you are using an iPod Touch, we recommend getting the iPod 6 or newer as it has better video quality and newer iOS versions.
Log Into your Account 👤
You should have received an email prompting you to create your login credentials. If you are having trouble receiving this email, please reach out to your IT department to ensure our domain, donotreply@realync.com, is whitelisted.
Once you have created your login credentials and logged into your account, feel free to play around and explore our app/dashboard!

In your package, you should have received a stabilizer and accessories. Explore this article to see which model you have as well as learn how to set up your stabilizer. Your stabilizer is sent fully charged if you want to start recording right away!
Enroll in our Self-Guided Realync 101 Training 📚
Realync 101 is located in our Realync Learning Academy. To visit our Realync Learning Academy, log into your Realync account on your computer (currently not supported via app) and click on the “?” icon in the top right, then select Learning Academy. Once in, you’ll click “Start Learning” to begin the self-guided Realync 101 course!
